Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MARUGAMAN for your travel needs in Jaisalmer. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 15 days before arrival: 100% refund of the advance amount (minus any processing fees).
• 7 to 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance amount.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by MARUGAMAN

In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, or operational issues), we will offer you a full 100% refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain promotional packages, special event tickets, or third-party bookings (like flight or train tickets arranged on your behalf) may be strictly non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
